Pirate and piglet is a Fuerteventura based company with 2 distinct branches. The property management section of the company is controlled by me, Olivia Doran, while the building and maintenance is managed by my husband Gary.

Having spent all my life in the leisure and tourism industry, I am able to bring the experience and knowledge I have gained in the trade to ensure your property is managed efficiently and your clients are always happy.

Over the years I have built up a reliable and trustworthy team, to ensure the cleanliness and security of your property at all times. In addition I have a good relationship with the excursion operators on the island and therefore can offer your clients everything they could want from a holiday without the hard-sell of the normal “package holiday”, to ensure their enjoyment and encourage return visits.

Gary’s extensive experience in man-management and security gives him the edge when it comes to getting the job done, especially where “manana” is the most used word.

He has developed a working relationship with the most recommended contractors in the area, so we can offer a wide range of services, at the most realistic prices, without you having to worry about being “ripped-off by cowboys”. Co-ordination of all teams ensures the work gets done within your time constraints.  

His team of pool cleaners maintain over 90 pools, and the gardening team have constructed 100’s of gardens in the area from small rockeries to elaborate designs.
