Garden Design, Construction and Maintenance .

We work with a reliable garden team who have constructed many gardens for us, as well as 100’s of others in the area.

They will work closely with you to ensure you get exactly what you want from your outdoor space, whether it’s a lush green lawn, a traditional Canarian style, or even Astroturf. They have relationships with all the garden centres in the area, and therefore have access to the widest range and best quality plants, and save you a lot of travel and effort. All gardens are fitted with automatic watering systems as part of the overall cost.

If you don’t have green fingers they will maintain your garden for you at minimum cost, to keep your garden looking it’s best throughout the year. This includes all pruning, weeding, insecticide treatments, and maintenance of the watering systems.

Interior Design.

Whether you have bought your property to rent or for your own use, the interior design and furniture is an important consideration.

You want your home to reflect your tastes and feel like home to you, but still be practical and hard wearing if you are renting to others.

Finding a balance between what you really want, and the practicality and affordability of it, is difficult…..and that’s where we come in.

If you want to be involved in the process we will bring you to the stores, arrange and accept delivery, co-ordinate with any tradesmen involved, and then assemble and dress your home ready for your arrival.

If you don’t have the time for shopping, give us your preferred ideas and we will shop around for you and send you the photos.

We will advise you on which items will best suit the purpose of your home, because after many years dealing with rentals we know that often the most beautiful design or colour isn’t always the most practical, and alternatively the least expensive can turn out to be the most costly.

We will help with the little things like “should I buy a cot and highchair?” and “how many spare sheets should I buy?” And once all the decisions are made we will arrange for everything to be bought and delivered, to ensure your property is fully prepared for your first rental client.
