Finding someone you can trust to look after your property is the hardest part of owning a property abroad. We know that the security, maintenance and cleanliness of your property is paramount and you need to feel secure with the people looking after your interests on the island.
We develop a personal relationship with all our clients so you know exactly who you are dealing with, and ensure you are informed of exactly what’s happening on a regular basis.
You decide exactly how your bookings and payments are controlled and we can tailor our services to suit your requirements. You may wish to just advertise your property on our site or perhaps have all services and billing through us, it’s up to you.
Security
- From key-holding services to full security
- All properties checked regularly
- Any problems reported and dealt with immediately
- Security locks, safes, window guards etc. fitted
- Should your guests have any problems either in the property or out and about, translator services are available.
- All contractors and staff are reliable and trustworthy

Cleaning and Laundry
- The housekeeping team are reliable and trustworthy and adhere to high standards of cleanliness and service
- For holiday rentals, cleaning is once weekly when occupied, with additional towel-change mid-week
- All laundry washed, dried and ironed and returned to your property. We do not use your linen for any other villa
- Change-over days are flexible to suit your bookings and requirements

General Maintenance
- All properties checked regularly for breakages and “wear and tear”
- Any minor maintenance is carried out as soon as possible without disturbing your guests
- Major Maintenance is subject to your approval of costs
- Major maintenance work is scheduled and carried out between clients to avoid disruption
- Damage or breakages are reported to you immediately on departure of clients and prior to release of security deposit

Holiday rental bookings
- Bookings and enquiries are direct with us through our web site
- You decide if you wish to control the bookings calendar
- If you control the calendar we submit the bookings through you and if approved, confirm with clients
- Payment can be direct to you or via our web site, which we will transfer to you as received

Long-term Rentals
- All potential tenants are vetted for suitability and ability to maintain rental payments
- Contracts will be issued by us at no extra cost to you
- Full inventory will be conducted prior to entry and checked on departure
- Security and utilities deposits will be required from tenants prior to entry
- Failure to pay rent will result in eviction of tenants
- Maintenance of property and repairs will be arranged and carried out subject to your approval
